Managing Cash Flow in a Down Economy
This month’s NACE meeting will take you down into the depths of the Historic Miller Caves (www.facebook.com/themillerbrewerytour) which are seated 65 feet below ground. In this unique venue was originally the storage location for all of Frederick Miller’s tasty brews prior to the invention of mechanical refrigeration. Please dress in layers as the Caves do maintain a moderate temperature year round.
Our guest speaker for the evening is from SCORE (www.scoresewisconsin.org) and will be discussing how to manage cash flow in an economic downturn. Highlights include managing cash, costs and preserving profit margins.
For this month, Brocach (www.brocach.com) will be preparing a beer pairing menu in Irish fashion. Forever changing your views on Irish pub fare. The menu will feature:
Appetizers: Paired with Coors Light and Miller Chill, Roasted bell pepper bruschetta, Grilled skirt steak tostada with chimichurri
Salad: Paired with Miller Lite, Field greens, dried cranberry, Black River bleu cheese, candied walnuts, cranberry vinaigrette
