Join us the evening of Saturday Sept 11th to showcase chef and restaurant at the largest, most important urban agriculture conference!
Event: Saturday, Sept 11
Time: 5:30pm – 9pm
Location: Wisconsin State Fair Park .
We would like small plates for the event so attendees can sample cuisine from different restaurants using local, natural ingredients. This is a great opportunity to learn about the food system and take part in the good food revolution.
Chefs will be provided with raw ingredients and a one day conference pass to attend the conference on Sept 11.
