As we march forward through 2010, one of our new monthly website features will be our "Member Spotlight" column! This month we are proud to feature Misty King of the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee! Here's what we found out about Misty:

*Double Masters Degree in Business and Marketing from UW-Whitewater
*(5) years working for a non-profit organization as an event planner
*(5) years with the Hyatt Corporation starting at the Hyatt Regency Cincinatti then at Hyatt Deerfield (North Shore Chicago) before landing here at Hyatt Regency Milwaukee
Misty has been involved in a myriad weddings and events including, but not limited to:
-Othodox Jewish (Kosher)
-Indian
-Middle Eastern
-Non-Profit Fundraisers
-Privately Held Black Tie Events
Misty has handled the planning of corporate events for as few as 10 guests and as many as 50,000!!
When asked how NACE has improved her professional performance, Misty stated "NACE has not only given me a chance to network with other professionals (in the industry), but has also allowed us the opportunity to showcase our property and allowed peers in the industry to get a first-hand look at the products/services we can offer."
